At the present, 11 domestic and foreign automotive companies are among
customers for the largest parts-maker company in the country.
According to our
correspondent, Amir Reza Rafiei, Sale & Market development Deputy of Iran's
largest parts-maker company said: "The Ezam parts group is a Mega-Supplier, which has
been able to obtain important quality certificates from major Iranian and
global institutions; and the group's goal and path is just " development
along with quality".
He continued: We are at
the present cooperating with Iranian Khodro, Saipa and world-leading brands
such as Renault, Peugeot, Citroen, Kia, Nissan, Mazda, Volvo, Benz and Scania,
and these large major domestic and foreign automobile manufacturers are among
the well-known customers of this parts-maker group.
According to Rafiei, the
group has 11 parts-making factories and more than 540 business partners, and it
has more than 5,600 direct employees, and 22,600 ones indirectly collaborates
through the Ezam network in these business collections.
The deputy chairman of
the Ezam Automobile-parts Holding who spoke at the fringe of the 5th Iran's Automobile
industry International Conference, noted that the parts-making group is active
in producing engine parts, engine casting and its ancillary parts, the parts related
to suspension and transmission system, and electrical parts.
Rafiei on the R & D
center in the group said that the center has 207 experts in the field of
electronics, automotive dynamics, power, casting, machining and polymer.
He added that we have defined several plans for localization of different parts with the Bush and Valeo companies and several other famous brands, with more than € 40 million direct investment and more than 9,000 hours of training to accomplish.
The vice president of
the Ezam automobile parts center for sharing and collaborating with the largest
parts-making of the world said: "Various projects have been defined on ETB
(Electronic Throttle Body), APM (Accelerator Pedal Module), sensor O2 and ECU
with Bush Inc."
Rafiei announced activities
for the production of automatic transmission (automatic gearbox)system,
electronic stability system (ESC), electric steering system (EPS), advanced
driver assistance system (ADAS), turbocharger unit, keyless entry systems,
piston ring, the projects for the development of capacity factory's manufacturing,
hybrid and electric cars, and ...are as the most important future plans of this
domestic parts-making group.
According to the report,
the German Bush Inc is the largest part-making company in the world and one of
the most important partners collaborating with the Ezam parts group, as well as we have witnessed
the company's active participation in the 5th automobile International conference
in Iran.
Christopher Denville,
executive vice president of Bush Inc on the role of the its company in the
future of Iran's part-making industry said: "The goal of this company is
to develop productive and economic cooperation in Iran, and to this end, they
pursue a long-term native relationship in this country."
Denville outlined the Iran's major
challenges air pollution, deaths from accidents, traffic and the competitiveness
of Iranian industries, and added that its company has solutions to these
problems.
In the end, he described the ongoing plans and projects of the Bush Inc such as
the vehicle's automotive systems, automated parking systems, electric cars and
reducing pollutant emissions.
According to the report, in the fifth international conference of the
automotive industry of Iran, we witnessed the strong presence of the Ezam parts
group along with its German partner, the Bush Company.
It is worth mentioning that holding meetings between high-level technical delegations from the Ezam automotive parts group and senior executives of the European and Asian trading partners of this group for reviewing the strategies, future development plans, as well as defining future joint cooperation projects were among other events that we witnessed during the two days of the fifth Iran automobile conference.
