Types of After-Sales Services
Guarantee Type 1 (Group A Parts) offers:
- Immediate replacement of the defective part by Ezam authorized agent.
Guarantee Type 2 (Group B Parts) offers:
- Immediate replacement of the defective part by Ezam authorized agent
- Compensating damages to peripheral parts, fee for the replacement of the defective part and transportation to a repair shop.
The above service is provided after EZAM Group Technical Team approval at the place.
